Thanks to Colin and the gang at Tempco. Our furnace stopped working, called and had Colin respond within hours of making the call. needed a part ordered, so the staff managed to deliver a used part to keep us warm until the part arrived. Colin serviced our hot water tank while he was here as well. Great service!

Received a call from our renters that they had no heat. I left a message on the Tempco on call phone number. My call was returned within 15 minutes and the technician informed me that he received a message from the home office and they would respond because it was near opening time 8:00AM. The office called shortly after 8:00 and a service call was set up between 11:00 and noon. A technician arrived on time and determined the problem was a failed relay that was just installed in December 2020. He replaced the relay and the heat was back on by 1:00PM. The tech informed the head office of the service required and they decided because the age of the failed relay there would be no charge for the part and service call. Thank you Tempco for quick response and standing by your installation and parts. The Somervilles

We moved into a new home in Powell River and immediately smelled gas. We called Tempco and they sent someone right away. The leak was fixed in under an hour. The technician was friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again !
