As a first time cottage owner, I needed to choose some functional appliances that look great and are easy to maintain, as this will also serve as a rental property. TA Representative, Vince, was able to provide some incredible insight and knowledge to go with his experience and assist me in choosing my low maintenance appliances that double as energy and water preserving units. Vince’s advice on where to invest to get the best value of great a quality barbecue, fridge and freezer was exactly what I needed. I can’t thank Vince and his team enough for all their support in helping me choose the right appliances for my cottage. The entire process was easy, care and stress free. To the amazing delivery crew who delivered the units. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase appliances for their home! Thank you TA team for the wonderful service!

I went there after visiting Home Depot and Canadian Appliance. I knew exactly what I wanted and was searching for it for the longest time. I spent hours on the internet. I called and spoke to Matt, verified they had what I wanted, drove there and bought the oven I wanted. Mat was very helpful and informative. I was there about 15 minutes. The stove was on a crazy sale and I ended paying almost a thousand less than the original price ( I knew what was the price in other places as well). Delivery was schedule to a very close date. I cant wait for it to come. I received the range. Delivery was on time. The range looks great. I have to say that when I called to ask something about the range and left a message, Matt called me back. So far I'm very happy

Please avoid sales person, Diane Rembacz she is not an understanding person. She does not give any sympathy or understanding to customers even during covid and hard times. I'll say avoid this place in overall. They don't explain the return policy to you at all. I guess it was my mistake to buy it from here in the first place.

Never felt more comfortable and confident buying appliances. When make an investment items that you will use daily. TA came through. The five 5 star rating is for the service received by Vince and Diane. The combo were amazing and very helpful. Very happy with our product and delivery!!! they even recommended a great installer.

Not a great selection of propane barbecues and over priced. Web page hard to navigate and very basic details, quite surprising considering all their locations. I wouldn't bother looking here, even Walmart has a better web page !
