Making a major appliance purchase in the midst of a pandemic could be intimidating but Cathy and Kerry at TA Appliance in Brantford were extremely helpful. I was able to do everything from the comfort of home. I was very specific with what I needed and within minutes I was given a solution that met my requirements and that was IN STOCK (and delivered the same week)! Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure I was given the white glove treatment - they even followed up after delivery to make sure everything went well. Well done.

Over the past 3 years my wife and I have had 2 of our major appliances fail. A washer and a dryer. Both times they did not have one in stock but could get one in 3-4 days from their warehouse. When something like a washer or dryer is dead..you need it replaced same day. We ended up going to Lowes both times and both times they had inventory in stock.
Great sales staff at TA Appliances. Wide selection of products at very competitive reasonable pricing. We have had three households of appliances with TA over the years. Do your research and pricing and then visit TA. I would without hesitation recommend TA Appliances.
The staff is very helpful. It's a great place to get anything you need. Good curbside pickup during the pandemic.
Full disclosure, I have not had delivery yet. If the service changes at any point I will edit my review. For right now I.would rate the service and price as excellent. He (Brian) worked with us to get the best prices and the delivery/ installation service we needed.
