It's not often that I come across exceptional customer service after a company gets your money. They all shine before but usually drop the ball after. Both the sales and service departments seem to care about the company's reputation. Congrats to the owner and MNGMNT for creating and maintaining an attitude in all staff that is on-point in our current business environment. People talk and influence others. Sylvan Lake RV is a great place. They looked after me and my unit. I highly recommend them.

Hats off to Sylvan Lake RV. My wife and I had been searching for a certain type of travel trailer for quite a while and found what we were looking for at Sylvan Lake RV. We spoke with our sales person Greg on the phone, then made arrangements to come and view the unit. Before we arrived, they moved the unit into a shop and had all the slides open and the power on. Long story short, we purchased the unit. On pickup day they had moved the unit into the heated show room. They went through the unit with us top to bottom, showing features etc. Once we brought the unit home they followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was ok. It is nice to see that this level of service still exists. I would not hesitate using Sylvan Lake RV again in the future. Special thanks to Greg for all his help.
Great service from everyone. Adam was very helpful in getting our RV to Sylvan Lake and we received a fair price for our unit. Mike and staff did a great job in advertising and marketing our unit. I hope the new owners have a wonderful experience with it and enjoy it .

My wife and I purchased this 2011 FR Sandpiper from Adam on June 26, 2020. Over the 10 days we were trying to decide if this was the trailer for us, Adam was quick to respond to any questions or concerns he had. Very professional, curious and friendly. When we went to pick up the trailer, Adam (a different one) and Lee gave us a really good inspection tour and how everything operates in the trailer. Frank helped us with the extended insurance. Everyone at Sylan RV was fantastic to deal with. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine who is interested in a travel trailer especially after he seen ours and we told him of our experience. Thanks again Adam, Adam, Frank and Lee for all your assistance and patience. We know we are going to have plenty of great times in this trailer. All the best and stay safe.
We are so happy with Greg and his ambition to try help us find exactly what we need in an RV, we have some very particular needs and he has been able to keep in touch with us when he has a unit that he feels would suite our needs. I can't say how much Patrick and I appreciate customer service it goes along way and he has gone above and beyond. We are hopeful he will find the perfect unit. Recently purchased a used Can Am Spyder from Sylvan Lake RV. Stopped by to take a look at the unit and made a deal. Arranged to pick it up on the weekend. Everything was ready and the guys were very helpful in getting it loaded and tied down. Very happy with the whole crew at Sylvan Lake RV
