Overall great experience! Uhaul has a self serve option now which allows you to pick up your truck anytime of day or night, and its very user friendly. I did deal with the actual associate on site as well and he was very helpful and pleasant. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the truck wasn't as clean as I expected it to be, but that won't stop me from renting from here again!

Always procedural issues. Wherever I rent at this location it's been always problematic either picking up or dropping off. Avoid it.

We rented a 15' truck yesterday at this location. We came in in-person for booking and rental because this was our first time using Uhaul. Len, the smiling and friendly gentleman took good care of us patiently. He explained every detail and recommended the perfect type of truck to us. The whole experience was easy, smooth, punctual, and pleasant. No problem or concern when picking up or dropping off the truck. It has the best price and service! We are more than happy to recommend this business to our family and friends.

When I got there, they were quite disorganized and couldn’t find the key for my rental. I would have thought that they would have everything ready but no. Makes me think that they didn’t clean the truck if they didn’t have the key! They were quite flustered during this time however, when they found the key and got the paperwork going they apologized and were nice about it. They were also willing to extend our rental as we didn’t get the car until 30 minutes later.

Got a confirmation for pickup at 7AM Aug 31st for a large truck (See Photo) on the online system, but when I called in to confirm two days before, the lady on the phone told me I had no reservation even though the call centre said I did!!!!!. She was aggressive, and SO freaking rude and clearly did not give a rats behind that people have to move, and they rely on the info the website provides. I see other customers have had issues with this woman, she is a disaster! As one can imagine, I was stressed out. I had to be out by 1PM on Aug 31st, and had no truck to move. Needless to say, I had to fork out additional funds to complete the move. U-haul is unreliable. Moving is tough, but U-haul makes it even harder with their false confirmations online. Their website is messed up, slow and provides invalid and inaccurate information and confirmations. Then to top it off with rude, condescending staff in-store..its a recipe for disaster. Don't go here, Home Depot has vehicles for rent, and their system is more organized and efficient. HOME DEPOT \u003e NOT U-HAUL !
