My partner and I purchased a mattress, topper and pillows in 2017. We adore them! They're amazing quality, and just love to get into bed at the end of the day. Recently (today) I've purchased more from this location. I love when I go in, I'm always reminded how friendly and informative staff are. I was looking on line for about a year trying to decide what I should buy. I had seen the foam shop finally went in. The service was helpful. I was given information about the different foams and tried them. The part I liked was that I could choose the type of foam I needed. I was told that as one wares in time then just replace that one.There was no scent so happy to be able to sleep on it right away. My body is happy.
I was able to order a custom size foam and density for my child’s bed. No where else had the size I needed. Evelyn helped me pick out the right sizing and density over the phone based on the bed’s dimensions and our own specific needs and the order was in quicker than we all expected (a few days I think). My son was also able to pick out the colour for his new mattress cover so he was also happy and proud to contribute. When we came to pick it up we were running a bit late in traffic so I called the store and Evelyn was okay to stay a few minutes after the store closed for us to quickly pick up and pay. Overall good experience and the mattress is working out great for us!
Evelyn was just the best. She provided us with such wonderful customer service. She helped us pick out the right foam for our upholstery project. I think all in all well worth the money. Very pleased with everything
We purchase two foam wedges for the pillows on the bed. They were expensive so we tried them out. One was 8 inches and one was 6 inches. The 8 inch was to high so we wanted to return the next day. We were told that they do not accept returns once the bag is opened. So I asked for a credit and was refused. We were not told about the no return policy especially as it is so severe. Would not recommend anyone dealing with this bunch. Shop around and find better value, and maybe a company who will be more transparent about there return policy instead of making a quick sale.
I’ve never had a better experience shopping anywhere. I went to renew my foam mattress and received excellent help and advice. Evelynn was very helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. She also helped me get a bolster and a wedge so I could better sleep with my GERD. With her excellent help I’ve been able to leave a 20 year dependence on acid reflux medication. I’d recommend this store for anyone shopping for foam products.
After spending a year in a new bed, and waking up with a sore back,I decided to research foam beds. My quest for a good night sleep brought me to the Foam Shop. I wasn't "sold" a bed, I was educated on the benefits of a foam bed. I choose a Harmony Natural bed, made from natural latex,covered in organic cotton. I've slept well,feel no movement from my husband,wake up with no aches! Great buying process from initial contact to delivery.
I was assisting an elderly lady friend who needed her sofa and loveseat cushions replaced. Evelyn at the Fraser Highway location in Surrey, B.C. greeted us, treated her an I with respect, she made some suggestions, we ordered the required cushions and she asked if we could come back with the hour to pick up the finished product. It was a wonderful experience, the job was done properly and within budget for this lady and she was so pleased, thank you Evelyn. LWF
