I have seen most doctors in this clinic and have been quite satisfied. I find Dr. Wilson who I see regularly to be very attentive, professional, caring, and knowledgeable as well as willing to get his hand picked specialists involved.He is like my previous dr. who when he retired I was fearful of not being able fill his shoes. He tells me what to say to the girls in his office to be taken care of.

Does not answer phone or picks up and says nothing. Calling repeatedly does not get you through. Tried multiple times a day for several weeks

I went to this clinic on July 18 to see Dr Robin for my daughter's allergy shot. as i told the receptionist that we are only here for allergy shot, and we had an appointment at 10, but the weekday girls forgot to change my appointment time from 11 to 10 am. I told the receptionist that i changed my appointment from 11 to 10, but she would not put my daughter to treatment room as she said all the patients before you has to go in first. She was so rude telling me that my appointment is at 11 and i showed up early, I said regardless i have an appointment the allergy shots gets squeezed in, because we have to wait another 20-30 minutes after the shot. Me and my daughters were in tears after the appointment because we were there for 1.5 hours. i did complain to dr Robin, I hope they will revised the protocols with this receptionist in regards to allergy shots, in Other hands when we go weekdays, Dr wilson and the other receptionist takes us into treatment room right away, and i appreciate that
