Update: spoke with Chris M who is wonderful to work with. He explained the charge was a mistake and apologized profusely. He sent a second technician to check the unit as problems persisted after the last technician’s visit. We understand that machines aren’t perfect and neither are people. So despite the problems with the water heater and the initial hiccup, we are pleased to see that this company looks after its clients. Will update again once the unit is looked at once more. Had them install a hot water heater. Then noticed that it wasn’t working properly so called them with 1 month of installation to check out what is wrong. They came and confirmed that a setting was off so they made a tweak and charged me 200. To me this is not ethical and is a rip off. They should have done it properly to begin with or fix the poor installation free of charge. Edit: review is meant for Richmond location.

Milani came in to install a brand new garbarator for us and left the dishwasher pipe unattached to it causing our kitchen to flood and raised the floors. I spent 2 months attempting to have them resolve this issue simply to be told I would only be reimbursed for the 'service' they performed, leaving me to now have to replace our kitchen flooring. Horrible customer service and absolutely unacceptable to string us along for 2 solid months even with me checking in with them consistently.

Working with Milani was easy. We called in for help and our plumber, Devon, arrived on time. Devon was a good communicator and he was also efficient and professional - he knows what he's doing. I have a boy at home who had a million questions and Devon responded with patience. I waited a few days before leaving this review to make sure the fix was good. And it is. Thanks, Devon.

Milani delivered in so many ways. First I called several businesses for a quote to disconnect my AC unit then reconnect later once the new deck was built. Every other quote was over a thousand dollars more than Milani. So I had them come out hoping it wasn't a misquote. The tech they sent out was amazing and their quote was bang on! Super reasonable, super knowledgeable, on time, and available short notice. I cant say enough about John and the whole Milani experience. Very happy customer! I would recommend them for sure.
