Ordered a replacement Sanyo laser for a Sega CDX. I initially thought the laser wasn't working and they offered a refund. I was able to eventually get the laser to work, and I very much appreciate their willingness to work with the customers through issues. Highly recommend!

Our 40 year old Pioneer turntable had stopped working so even though I had no idea what I was doing I took it apart and found the belt had twisted and was crumbling apart. I was so surprised to find the exact belt for our turntable at KP Components and ordered it immediately. It arrived within a week and we now have our old friend ready to play our old vinyl once again! The excellent customer service from KP Components was so refreshing - I have found online purchasing to be quite lacking in this area.
