WORST SERVICE EVER! PLEASE DON'T EVER GO HERE! The back of my laptop was broken so I went in to get it repaired. A family friend said she had bad service here so I told them I changed my mind and went back to get it. After calling multiple times they said I couldn't get my laptop because they already sent it to be inspected and that inspecting it will cost be 25. I asked him why and he didn't respond, so I told them I didn't want it inspected anymore and wanted them to give me my laptop back. They lied to me saying I couldn't get it back now and when I kept asking why, he finally put me on hold and said I can come get it. They returned my laptop after they broke and scratched the front of my laptop screen. They broke the front of the laptop to get more money from me when it is serviced! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! The back of the laptop was an easy fix and they broke the front and scratched it so the entire screen has to be replaced. I will not go here ever! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

They really do a great job with my computer. Also they're also consistent when it comes to their customer service and communication. But the staff keep you informed and knowledgeable before making any repairs.
