I’m we have had great experiences here, all 5 of my children have had their eyes checked and each was attended to differently due to their ages. I was impressed with service and speed of appointments. The orders for glasses came as expected, and the text alert when they were ready was handy. An extra effort was also present by the staff as they remembered my last name and my orders without me having to remind them. I felt important. Thanks

Image Optometry Guildford is simply amazing! I recently purchased my glasses from here and the staff are so sweet and very attentive. The doctor was very thorough with my eye exam. Their clinic also held current COVID protocols in place which made me feel much safer. Jessica, my sales rep was very kind and helpful with my purchase. Thank you! Would definitely recommend them!
Great staff. Excellent Optometrist. Very professional, did not try to up-sell and allowed me to wander. Best prices I found in the mall.
The Optometrists are very courteous and knowledgable and friendly but when I entered the office I didn’t get the same friendly professional greeting as expected from the reception area. When Calling patients they need to be well trained on how to respond to clients questions and communicate well on what is to be done at the time of appointment. They need to be more accommodating and warm. I tried to give them my medication info but they seemed not to be interested in it . Oh well , maybe staff is in new
