Just had Matt come and do the annual servicing of my furnace. I have been dealing with Good Guys for over 11 years. Great service and great staff. I am always informed of the status of of my furnace and water heater. Suggestions are made of any possible maintenance issue, but I never feel pressured to get something I will not need. Highly recommend! Just recently, had to deal with the hot water tank not working. The same day I called, Matt came out to take a look. He quickly assessed the situation. Matt laid out my options. In no way did I feel pressured in any way. I went with a tankless hot water tank. Later that same day Matt was by again with the owner (Alan Lake) to install a temporary hot water tank. And due to a furnace install cancellation, the \Dream Team\ (Dylon and Harvir) came the next day and installed our new tankless hot water system. The new system works well. This company are made up of \Good Guys\ down from the owner to the technicians!!
We had our old furnace replaced with a brand new one. Wes did a great job explaining the benefits and getting everything set up once we made the decision. Everything went exactly as he said it would and we couldn't be happier. Dylon and Sagar did a fantastic job with the installation. We would highly recommend Good Guys to anyone!
Wes came today to do my annual furnace service. What a great experience. I was quite apprehensive when I called to make the appointment, as I have 2 seniors living in my house and must be extremely careful to protect everyone from this Covid business. The office called me in the morning to confirm health checks (his and ours), and Wes showed up on time, wearing a mask and observing every precaution throughout. It was such a huge relief. I really valued his professionalism, customer care and kindness. I'll be asking for him next year, for sure. No problems with the furnace either - bonus!
Good Guys came and did a yearly maintenance on my high efficiency furnace. It's great knowing the furnace is running at optimum level with new filters. They made sure I was aware of BC Hydro or Fortis rebate offers I could take advantage of.
