I've been going to location for about 5-6 years and the customer service honestly has gotten worse over the years. I went there today and saw a fabric that was on sale laying around on-top of other fabrics so I picked it up to get it cut. When I took it to the table, the worker asked me where I picked it up from. I answered her and she told me that she put it away so that she could buy 2 meters of it. Nevertheless she measured out of fabric and there was only 3.6 meters left, I said no because I thought I needed more than the 3.6m, so I rechecked my pattern and did some quick measurements and realized that 3.6m would be enough. I went back to her and asked if I can get and and she told me no because she was going to buy it. Having worked in retail before, I do understand wanting to save something that you see and want to buy. But I would never tell a customer they can't buy it because I want it. Especially if it was just laying around and not \put away\. I was very shocked and disappointed, it was even for a Christmas present.

Oh my... Every time I come here I feel a part of my soul is being taking from me... It's honestly an exhausting experience to visit this location, and I only spend 15-30 minutes here (mainly because I cannot tolerate the staff). On each occasion I have the same terrible experience with this one woman, who I believe is likely the manager (unfortunately). She has glasses, dark hair, and a horrible attitude. I expect her level of customer service from a 16 year old at McDonalds but from a grown adult? No. I would rather drive 40 minutes somewhere else than return here. PS, I attached another review from someone named Jenn and holy heck, they could not haved echoed my feelings more. #yikes
Went looking for buttons for securing arm rest covers on sofa.Rare hard to find little swirrly pins that twist into place.They had them.Happy customer now.

Asked for .7m. Really only got .4m. They can't cut straight lines, and then charge me for their lack of competence.
