I sent flowers to a family member for her birthday. As much as the flowers are nice, they are nothing like I ordered. I checked in advance to make sure tulips were available. That’s all I wanted. Pretty simple. Tulips. The arrangement does have several tulips but also lilies (which sadly in our family is either Easter or a funeral arrangement) and daisies. I am totally disappointed with the flowers. And disappointed with Customer Service. The best they could do was say they were sorry. Before you pay, double check that they aren’t substituting with their choice of flowers. Definitely not worth the money.

Flowers are amazing!
I feel grateful and lucky to have found this flower shop. My sister-in-law is in BC and we (her family) are all in Edmonton, her grandmother passed away and due to COVID she was stuck in her hotel room alone. By chance I found this shop, and what they delivered to her was something more than I could have asked for. The arrangement was made with love, care and compassion; and it truly filled her heart. So much gratitude. Blessings.
Beware. My family and I planned to order flowers from Enchanted Harvest once per month for our grandmother who’s in an assisted care facility nearby. We already ordered twice without issue and planned to do so again for the foreseeable future. However, our December order never reached my grandmother due to an unexpected health complication requiring her removal from the facility. The gentleman/owner I spoke to on the phone refused to provide a refund or credit for a future delivery despite the flowers not reaching their intended beneficiary due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances outside anyone’s control. I was amazed at the heartless and callous response and his willingness to lose at least a thousand dollars in future business from my family (due to planned repeated orders) all because of an 80 order. The complete lack of empathy, absence of flexibility in a clearly one-off situation, and the nonexistent customer service were extremely disappointing (to put it mildly).
Ordered a bouquet for my anniversary and they were perfect! My wife loved them!
