Worst place to buy clothes. Though the customer service is good, the clothes are expensive even after discount. Yesterday I bought a sherwani for my husband for 80 (after discount). The same sherwani is sold for 40-50 CAD in Amazon. This shop is just fooling people with high prices and low quality in the name of discount. The smell of the clothes is really bad. I would not recommend this shop. Please double check the price with other local shops and online shops before buying any item here.

Very bad customer service. I have bought merchandise couple of mths ago and wanted to exchange it to one size bigger, they didn't tell me there is no exchange or refund, they only asked me if I want to try first but I was in hurry that time and said its ok. Next day when it didn't fit me, I came back to exchange to one size bigger they refused to exchange it and told me ,\ didn't you read the msg written at the bottom of every table\? Who look and read msgs at every corner of the store? This was my first time shopping at Dhillion fashion and I don't think I will go there back again. Also, the sizes written there is very misleading. I got same size from other store in Vancouver (sadna sarees) and it fits me so well. Thank you Sadna saree's!

They are so much rude they dont know. how to talk with customer . When we buy something from this store they dont tell about exchange policy i just want to exchange jacket , insted of saying sorry they just tell no with full of atitude
I would give this shop a 0 if I could. I drove from Seattle to this shop and purchased an expensive suit. I come home and find that the Chunni had multiple holes in it. I was extremely disappointed that the shop would even sell such a defected suit to their customers. I called the shop to voice my frustrtions and was left even more frustrated than before. The lady who answered the phone told to me bring the chunni back and she will give me a 5 chunni for free. A 5 chunni?! Really?! A 5 chunni is incomparable to the chunni they sold me, which would easily cost from 35-45. Secondly, it is ridiculous that they would even expect me to drive another 2 hours to Canada from Seattle to return the defected chunni they shouldn’t have sold me in the first place. Customer service is non existent and the quality of their clothes is even worse. Please avoid this shop!!
