I recent encountered a challenging install of an on deck cover system which I relied on the experience and knowledge of Coverstars support department. As usual they were very helpful even to the point caught a short plane ride to be on site to evaluate the issue. In some cases with new construction things do not always work out as expected, thanks to Zack's knowledge and experience he was exceptional in coming up with a solution. I have been dealing with Zack for the past couple of years, he has always been able to work through any issue and come up with an immediate solution. Big thanks again to Zack and the Coverstar team!
