We called Mehdi after he came highly recommended in a neighbourhood group. We were not disappointed! In fact we were incredibly impressed. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain how our heating system and possibly broken components worked. When we had an unrelated plumbing issue while he was here, he called around and found someone to come asap for us as well which was so appreciated! Medhi really cares for his customers. He’s a very busy guy but if you are in a pinch he’ll do everything he can to get there and help you out whatever time of day or night. His prices are reasonable and he knows his stuff particularly on the HVAC side. I’ve always felt he gives genuine advice and isn’t trying to gouge for extra . Clean, quick, professional and happy to answer questions.
All services were professionally provided. Mehdi had completed all process as he explained us earlier and everything went seamlessly. Our house is very old and no project went as we planned before and this was almost the first time for us that the all work went as we expected. Thanks to Mehdi for his timely correspondences and patience. Our painful incident of broken heater turned out to be the very good experience. We love our new heating system and glad that we could find Mehdi at the right time of double rebate!
Medhi helped us in a jam and came right away, he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was installing. He is reasonably priced Definitely will call him again for our furnace needs.
I wish I could give 10 stars! We had our electrical hot water boiler for heat and hot water tank replaced with a Navien tankless combi system. After lots of information from Mehdi we were impressed with his knowledge and advice. While most couldnt install it as our situation was located in very tight spaces Mehdi came up with the perfect unique plan. Mehdi explained everything in great detail what was the process. Everything went exactly as planned. Thank you again for keeping our home safe and warm.
