Truly one of the worst bubble tea experiences I’ve had in a long time. I usually never leave reviews (especially negative ones), but I feel the need to share. The staff was very unfriendly - no smiles, no greetings. Drinks are pricey here and my drink wasn’t even filled up to the brim. Drink tasted extremely bland and powdery, worst bubble tea I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. The drinks here are not up to standard with other Chatime locations either. Disappointed to say the least, and will not be coming back.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this one was just wow. Went on feb 1 in the afternoon and the lady at the front just stared at me when I came in. I greeted her since she was just watching me. I asked for brown sugar bbt with fresh milk she said they don’t have it, asked for chocolate mouse, she said they don’t have it, I asked for one other one she said they didn’t have it. Finally, after finding a flavour they actually have like taro slush I received the taro with it not being slush LOLLL. I asked what happened and guess what she says? THEY DONT HAVE IT. All I could do is laugh.
So disappointed with this place ALL THE TIME. just because its last hour of the day doesnt mean the pearls have to be out ALL THE TIME. The girls are not friendly either. The owner should have a talk with the team. It could be run better especially for south surrey there are not alot of authentic bubble tea around. I would appreciate a better experience otherwise i can always go support the richmond fellas.
The first two times I tried to come here they were closed. They have weird hours but hey, I get it, covid. So finally today I was able to come by when they are open and omg...... This is the worst customer service ever!!! The lady is so unfriendly it's unnerving. And their debit/credit machine had the audacity to ask for a tip LOL. I haven't tried the drinks yet so I can't comment on that. I asked for my favorite drink and she says stone faced \we don't have that\ and no apologies or recommendation on something else. Another customer walked in behind me and she didn't even greet them or say \I will be with you in a moment while I make these drinks\ she just ignored them. She handed me my drinks and didn't say anything so I didn't say anything. It was the most weirdest, most awkward and most uncomfortable experience I ever had.
