Sales agent, Arvinder Pal Singh was very patient & courteous. Took time to guide me in assessing the "depth" of fridge I need to replace my LG that died on me. This was an emergency purchase. Choice was between Samsung & Whirlpool; Samsung was out of stock so bought a 36" counter depth Whirlpool fridge. Delivery by 3rd party was seamless. Called me ahead of arrival. Very professional, efficient & respectful (during this Covid time!) Be happy to recommend Canadian Appliance Source to my friends and family.

Don’t buy products from them, as if u get a damaged or faulty product they will simply say kindly contact the manufacturer and manufacture say we can’t replace as you didn’t buy from us directly. Now see the condition of the new machine after the technician arrived yesterday and let the machine in this hazardous situation. My new machines with the tag and stickers still intact. Reply to ur message The technician has not given me any slip and left the machine in the state u are seeing in the pictures. When contacted Electrolux they say we have placed the order for new parts and once they arrive we will schedule a technician to change it. This means a brand new machine if received with broken parts then also we have to keep it with repaired parts. That’s now the way..

I went to pick up the GE JP3030SJSS from the warehouse at Richmond BC and I was asking to sign the form even before physically seeing the item myself. It turned out the item itself is sealed in the open box look condition and no original label from GE on the package as attached images and I have to fill their return and exchange form on website and wait for their response to proceed the returning. It's unreasonable inconvenient return policy and unpleasant shopping experience form CAS. It costed gas to drive there and a lot of time dealing with order and still have to spend more time to go back and forth just for refund for never open package item.

Beware don't buy from them. Still waiting for a refrigerator we ordered August 29/2020. Now when we asked to give us different refrigerator if you can't deliver our refrigerator they are demanding 454 more for the same brand similar refrigerator which listed for same price on their website. When asked they have no answer. Local rep in surrey store and customer service both not licensing us. 2 days ago they offered us to take similar refrigerator at same price next day they changed their story asking 454 more. I have email proofs. Don't waste your time and money here. I wish had seen their reviews before buying.

I would not recommend this company. The sales experience was fine but after you pay it is all downhill from there. Maybe I had bad luck but my experience with Customer Care has been one of the worst I have experienced. Also if you are hoping to have a reasonable time frame you will likely be told to cross your fingers and hope it arrives on time instead of an accurate time frame as to when you can expect delivery.
