***update !! They were quick to identify the problem and rectified it. And assisted me with great service..thanks to the manager of the store and the team !! *** old review Its so sad that the store staff treats you like a thief.. i was there to buy a headphone today and i took the bus all the way from surrey central to reach to the store. And unfortunately the staff doesn't even let you try the product before you buy. They close the story by telling you that \you have 7 days to return if you don't like it\ well i like to try it before i buy!!

Great experience today. Wanted to buy a digital keyboard. Unfortunately someone took the adapter. Store employee quickly came up with a solution and found a different one that worked. She was really helpful and even gave me a bench and keyboard stand with it which was not part of the price. Thanks you so much for your help and will come back for sure. The Big Box Outlet Store - South Surrey - White Rock, have consistently eager to help staff, that are friendly and kind, someones hiring the right people at this place! I almost don't want to write a great review for this place because it's my secret place for bargains, now the word is out! They have been in the South Surrey area for years and I'm delighted they are close by. All things considered it's a great experience as you visit this store and bargain hunt 'til you drop!!!
