I received flowers from this location and all was great! My only complaint is the call before delivery ruined the surprise. Perhaps you can call the person that paid for the flowers to confirm address? I'm all for supporting local, and the few phone calls I had were with very friendly staff, but I'm sad I didn't get the full surprise effect \u200d️ Edit: Thank you for your explanation. That makes sense when coming from a third party. Wasn't the end of the world and I love my simple bouquet. She's still going strong!

Support local! I had a great experience at this little shop. The owner was extremely helpful and kind in helping me pick out a plant for my wife. They have a beautiful selection of plants and lots of Christmas stuff too. Their flower arrangements looked very nice as well. I would recommend to anyone for floral needs.

I bought my mom a Christmas arrangement from this lovely shop and I was so impressed by the great customer service, the owner's kindness, and the variety of flowers that they had! I don't know a lot about flowers but the staff was able to create a beautiful flower arrangement! My mom was SO pleased with the flowers!

It seems as though I had a similar experience to others before me. We pre-ordered and pre-paid for a 70 bouquet, and upon picking it up it was not what we ordered, the bouquet had mis matching colours, flowers on the brink of death and it was in a cheap vase. Not to mention it was about 1/3 the size of what I was expecting. When trying to change it out, or get something I liked, it was a hassle to deal with the attendant, and she was very cold and unhelpful. Finally we settled on me paying another 10 in order to get something presentable. I was shocked I had to pay more for this when the first bouquet was a joke, and even more shocked I had to pay money for something I had to help curate!! What I was left with was a 90 bouquet that was worth about 25 at other stores and I was embarrassed to present it to my Grandmother for Christmas.
