We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Sunridge RV. All the staff from top down were friendly and very accommodating to our specific needs. Our sales person Iris took the time to show us not only what we were in the market for but good quality trailers at that. Misha took excellent care of the financial end, and even Mike, the president, was in on the action, again taking the time to meet and talk with us. And the service department went above and beyond to have our trailer ready in a quick turnaround, and finally Lance did a very thorough and awesome walk-through. We would absolutely recommend Sunridge to our friends and family in a heartbeat!

Will never deal with Sunridge RV again. Found a nice used unit we likes, sales staff was okay, but made promises that clearly weren't delivered on. Service side was even worse. Buyer beware. Informed them of issues with unit immediately, communication was horrible. Had to follow up several times to get a response. Gave them plenty of opportunities to make up for issues, but seemed to be uninterested in retaining my business. I waited a long time to put up this review. Make sure you go over your unit down to the smallest details, because once it's off their lot, you're on your own. I saw bad reviews on here before dealing with them, but thought "it can't be that bad." In my opinion, it was. You're free to draw your own conclusions, but I'm never going near them again. They may reply and say they can't substantiate my claim as I didn't provide my name, but they were given plenty of opportunity to make things right.

We recently picked up a new travel trailer from Sunridge RV. We had visited the showroom 3 times before make the decision to purchase. We dealt with Cheryl who was very friendly and knowable. Boris in the finance office was able to complete the purchase smoothly. When we picked up the trailer we had a tech do the walk thru, which was nice, as he was able to answer technical questions. All and all I would recommend Sunridge RV.

BEWARE! Do not do business with these guys. they sold me a used trailer with warranty(2000.00). went to use the warranty as the convection oven broke and they said you could not have warranty on an older trailer and tried to get out of it. after fighting with them they honoured it. We then bought another trailer from them for cold winter use. Sales agent told us we could camp down to -30 in the trailer with water no problem using water at these temps. first time we took it out, pipes froze. called sun ridge RV and they said it was not a winter camping trailer???? They also would not take responsibility for pipes if they bursted from freezing??? Best they could do for me was price out the cost of "winterizing" it with heated tanks etc like I was told I purchased. They never called me back……so I called them again……..they never called me back again with info……called again….still nothing so I gave up. Worst customer service ever. I was basically scammed…..Sold me something they said was Fully winterized and it was not at all.

We purchased a Thor Four Winds last year from Sunridge RV. We have traveled throughout western US and Canada with it, and it is an amazing Class C. After our TV remote was lost, Mike the owner went out of his way to find us a new one. I would definitely recommend this RV and dealership. Tks, Mike / from Danielle & Jacques

We purchased a beautiful used trailer from Sunridge. From start to finish the service was great, the sales was patient as we toured trailers for a 1 year old toddler, took follow up calls on his cell phone, set time for pickup according to our schedule and corrected small mistakes that had been made in transcription without any issue. My husband was given a great 2 hour tour of how to work everything in the trailer and his hitch was adjusted. When he left the trailer swayed and concerned him. We raised the concern with the sales team and the service group took was very helpful in readjusting the hitch and explaining why the original setup was not optimal (it was their setup, but still no issue in admitting fault and correcting the issue). You learn a lot about a group when everything doesn't go 100% perfect, but the issues we had were small because the team responded and was patient in ensuring that we felt 100% safe in our new trailer. Thanks again and we'd recommend Sunridge to anyone. (as a note, we previously attempted to purchase a trailer from another company at the RV show and it was very challenging to have them hold up to their original promise on what they sold us and to have them return calls - it was a very bad experience with this other dealer and such a welcome change to work with Sunrdige RV).

If you are looking to be harassed by sales people and staff the minute you walk through the door. Tromp through mud in an un-paved lot, look at units you don’t want to see, and be put down that the unit you currently have was a waste of money in their eyes. Well then you are in luck and have come to the right place! Not only will you require a sales person in order to look at any unit on there lot (as they are all locked), then you have to listen to long winded sales rants and be forced to stay inside a unit you have hated since the minute you walked in. I would only recommend going to this dealer if you absolutely have to.
