They are always very prompt and helpful. Arctic Spas referred us to this place because Sundance has the kind of chemicals we need to accurately test our hot tub water. They also have a display in their cashier's counter, so that always occupies the kids and sparks their imaginations, and allows me peace while I check out.

Nobody gets back to you after leaving an email with questions and calling three times (different days) and being told I would receive a call back that day (three times)! After calling a fourth time and stating obviously our business isn’t needed the lady who answered the phone put me through to a salesman who didn’t know how to answer my questions and was adamant one was spending thousands of extra dollars because of the superior knowledge this company had (this was the only information provided). Lack of knowledge, poor customer service and definitely would not give them a dime. Got our pool from a company who actually cared about their customer service with knowledge on products.
