I got to know him by seeing his responses in one of the fb groups and liked the way he answered questions addressing directly to the point with much clarity and thoughts. To our expectations, he fulfilled our needs by securing the mortgage and it was seamless experience. Some of the qualities which I admired are the way he listens and answers with proper clarity, transperancy in what is being carried out during the process thus by keeping us stress free and the most of it is his availability when we need him. I see he's very self respected person with high ethics who we can trust with confidence.

Our family bought a brand new build home last year. With all the excitement and worried at the same time about how we are going to get the right mortgage approval with the best competitive interest rate. Then we came across to know and working with Dave our mortgage specialist from gta homes and mortgages. Dave walked us through every single finance aspect in order to get the job done that we would be able to move in to our new home in time for Christmas holiday. With the pandemic and layoffs last year, and the soaring Ontario real estate market, we were stuck with no option but to lose our deposit on a house we paid (pre-construction). None of the real estate agents we contacted were ready to take us and refused any success in our case from the get go. Then we were fortunate enough to come to Sukhdev Kamboj. His professionalism, honesty, knowledge, hard work and ethics pulled us through. He committed an entire month to us. He was always calm, listening to each and every request of ours. He was always transparent and made a variety of suggestions to fit our needs. He himself arranged the lawyer and took care of all the paperwork and rid us of that headache. We would highly recommend Sukhdev to anyone trying to purchase a property (first time buyer or not), he knows the market extremely well and is very well versed with the Ontario Real Estate regulations.
