Waste of time, spent 2 weeks chasing these guys cause of their rates, even though the service was terrible and they were impossible to reach; I thought it would all be worth it if it meant saving some money. Turns out the rates are completely different from what they advertise and they have some extra “fees”. Glad I found out about the fees before they screwed me over; but still pretty pissed I wasted so much time dealing with them. You’re better off finding another broker, trust me.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Went for my first mortgage from them as a new homebuyer. I got set up with a collateral mortgage without it being explained to me. Only found out I had a collateral mortgage when my 5 year maturity date approached and I started shopping around. After switching I sent an email to my broker asking why she set me up with a collateral without having that explained to me what it meant. She ignored my email, it's been months and I still don't have an explanation to why.

This mortgage company is amazing. It was an absolute pleasure working with the staff there especially Zeena. She literally saved us in so many ways, we are sososo grateful. She worked tirelessly to get us an unbeatable mortgage (we shopped around and no other broker could measure) and did it in record time in an extremely tight time frame. We were in a lose-lose situation and she made sure we came out winning. Don’t bother looking around, Zeena is the perfect fit for anyone looking to purchase a property with ease, confront and no stress. She works in such a professional manner and she clearly cares about her customers.

Toujours à la dernière minute. Notre agent ne semble pas très efficace. N'arrive pas à rendre l'information à son client. Manque de communication à plusieurs reprises. Pas satisfait. Je ne recommande pas notre agent en particulier, les autres je ne les connais pas.
