Excellent customer service! A small part broke fairly quickly on our wire soap cutter and they sent a brand new part, free of charge! It's since been installed and we're still getting lots of use our of our soap cutter. We only got the cutter less than a year ago, but it was worth every penny, and it's wonderful to support a business that treats its customers so well!

I love this online shop. It has a nice variety of supplies and ingredients with decent prices on a lot of different items. Every time I've emailed they always are SOO helpful. Customer service is really great. I do wish they had a way to review their items online though.

I love natural soaps and creams and this place has all the supplies needed to do this or to just buy some unique soaps for bath, spa or clay mineral soap--so much variety and so uniquely colored and scented. I love going there to get supplies and find out what is new and exciting. Owner is extremely helpful, personable with flexibility in business hours. So if you need ideas, supplies to DIY, this is a great place to check out.
