Gilbert and staff were great and they held my ebike until I got there eventhough it was in high demand that day. I love my Monta/ black and on its first day we traveled 27.2 km from Arnstein to Loring return trip. Peppy bike! A couple of tricky hills but we made it. Handles great on a variety of road services. Bike horn was handy and loud enough to scare of the dog that decided to follow me. Great product Emmo!!! I would definitely deal with this business in the future!

Great costumer services inside the 0store it self but I bought a tubless tire for my ebike thinking I could get someone to install the tire . But its easier said and done. Finally found a friend to do it . He didnt tell me that it took a aircompresser to put air a gust of air. What I am saying is if you don't buy the bike from him And if your buying parts for your bike you'd better have someone to install it. I got everything like s tire compressor like they use in garages . No tire places will help . Air pump at gaa station don't work or little portable ones. Sudbury ebike store can't keep up .I say someone who knows a lot about it. Open a repair shop especially in town ...
