My wife and I are in the process of designing our new kitchen and were in the market for new appliances. We had had the pleasure of working closely with Thanuja Miller as we looked at various appliance options that meet our lifestyle and needs. Thanuja was a true professional with regard to her presentation of the various features and choices, and with respect to providing us with an experience like no other. She answered our questions thoroughly, extended herself by suggesting additional virtual presentations, answered our questions in a very prompt manner, and followed-up to ensure that we had all the information that we needed to make our decisions. We are very excited to receive our appliances in the coming months!

Renovating our kitchen and bought a Wolf range in December. To be delivered in February. Delayed until March, then May, then end of June. We moved back into our house on April 4. Email today from Wolf telling us that delivery now delayed until end of July. Clown show...

Edited - There was an initial problem in setting up an appointment. However, I was reached out after the review immediately and an appointment was made. Our session was very informative and helped us decide what we really wanted. Kitchen like setup really helped picture the kitchen as we are doing a new development. It was great to see the attention paid to customer service.

they only have ONE girl picking up all the phone calls. and 7/10 times you will be transferred into voice mail or got hangup while waiting. I am trying to pay for my orders for the 3rd day now. they cut off all phone calls after 5, my last call was 4:50, they took my call and hang me up, over and over and over.................this is how they treat their customers and good luck after we paid for the appliances.

The concierge team don't even deserve one star but I had to include at least one to post this. There is another comment on these reviews about Gilbert Gauchier, one of their concierges. I have had the same NON-response. I have now escalated the issue to Sub-Zero U.S. Their response has been good so far, by that I mean that they actually returned my call promptly and are investigating my concerns. Honestly, this master distributor for Canada is not doing Sub-Zero any favours.

Was terrible experience buying from Subzero & Wolf. They have the worst after sale service. Michelle Stevens, their VP of Sales and Philippe Hazan did their best to represent the worst solution to solve my problem.
