Great sod! I was a bit concerned picking up sod from them after reading some of the reviews but I figured since I wasn't using it in the yard I would roll the dice. Glad I did as I got great sod for a great price!! Don't really understand some of these bad reviews. Maybe they had a couple of bad batches and their good reviews are underrepresented. Who knows. All I know it's I'm happy I rolled the dice and used them!

After calling around to many different places I found that their prices were 10 cents cheaper (0.25) than most places. My parents used them years ago and said the product was great. I now see why its so cheap. When it got delivered there were lots of weeds and clover in it. It was also slightly dry. Another friend of mine ordered from Big lake sod the same day and between the two lawns you can see the difference. The machine used to cut his was sharp and made nice edges where as mine has blunt rolled over edges making it hard to place together. His is lush and green and mine is yellowed and looks half dead. If your looking to save a few hundered bucks during install this is a decent place. That being said Ill be over-seeding and fertilizing heavily into the fall.
they even deliver and the sod itself is pretty cheap per square foot. kentuky blue grass and family operated. Sold trees for 2 summers at only 5 dollars each... full spruce trees! Landcapers secret.
Unreal customer service. Owner is super friendly and staff was great. Cheapest sod Ive found and the quality was great. I picked some up myself in my truck and forgot tie down straps so they just have me one. Don't know why you would go anywhere else.
