This is an FYI to anyone thinking of using Prestige Pool to close a pool. If you like service that isn't on time. these are the guys for you. If you like poor quality of how they close a pool, they might be right for you. They kept missing dates to close my pool without a call saying they can't make it and water weights they charger me for leaked water and all the leaves fell in my pool.... The didn't order the right pool cover for the winter so I have one of poor quality. You spend money on a service were they should know what they are doing and it seems like they don't. I'll be moving my business to another company next time.

I only go there to get my pool water tested. I have to say the staff does an excellent job answering my questions and concerns since I am a first time pool owner. They have been able to handle the covid 19 situation as best as possible. At first you had to call to book a time to get your water tested. But nowadays you do not need too. Keep up the hard work and I will keep coming back.
Tim, Completely disappointed in the service, I called just after the pool opened and you said you would call back, no call back, I follow up a few days later, outlining the pool pump issue, that you recommended and your team installed, I believe two seasons ago, you said you would look into and still no call back after 4 days,,, and this is just not an isolated event. Every year, there is something small that happens, I call you and it takes 5 or 6 calls to get your attention and action.. This only started about three or four years ago,, before that, it was excellent service and support.. not sure what happened, but very disappointed and I am searching for a new service. The guys that come out are very good,, that is not the issue, it is from the top down that is the issue. Very disappointed.
We had a pool and hot tub installed last fall and they did a fantastic job! The cascading waterfalls feature gives it a sophisticated look and calming feel. Mark spent hours explaining every function and was always available by phone for any questions. We kept the pool open til mid October and they came and closed it quickly and efficiently when they said they would. If you want a job done right and explained thoroughly go with Prestige Pools. We can’t wait to open our pool!!
Ever since the parents retired and handed off the business to their kids the professionalism has decreased astronomically. I rarely call for issues that I have with my pool, but when I do it’s a serious matter. It’s near impossible to get ahold of someone or get them to show up to take care of an issue that needs immediate attention. As previous reviewers mentioned, it takes about 5-6 calls to get someone to handle the issue or even respond. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they will not return it. Their accounting skills are sub par billing me twice for the past few years insisting I have not paid when I have. I understand the summer months are very busy, but there needs to be accountability that all clients will be taken care of no matter the issue, whether they are new or old. The customer service is not what it used to be that made this a trustworthy company. I do not recommend.
