Due to covid I was not able to go inside the store to speak with staff so I ordered over the phone. I knew what I wanted and I told the lady (Megan I think) what I needed to have done. She asked me for a colour preference for the flowers and I told her I trusted them. I picked the arrangements up the following day. I was stunned. They truly are knowledgeable and know exactly what the customer has on their minds. My daughters loved them. Thank you strathroy forest of flowers. You’re perfect!

Got the must beautiful flower arrangement. My husband had this sent to me at my work and I was so surprised by how lovely they were and it totally made my day and it continues to make me happy when I pass by them. Thank you.

This is by far my favorite FoF location. I live in London and I go here specifically because of the amazing customer service and consistant high quality flowers. They have fair prices and they do an amazing job with their arrangements.
define perfection you ask? This establishment holds it. I have never been more visually satisfied with a companies ability to serve it’s customers in such a high level of professionalism and positivity. I mean would you look at those flowers!! Valentine’s Day is coming up and if you have any ounce of intelligence in your brain then you should know that any piece you get from these lovely employees will be sure to make it a day you and your lover will never forget. This is my favourite piece and it was created by a goddess named Nichole, if you get a chance to be blessed with her presence i HIGHLY suggest tipping her because she puts her heart and soul into every detail and I couldn’t be happier with the results 5 stars doesn’t do justice
