As a tradesmen myself I hold anyone who does work for me to higher standards, the guys at air design services where exceptional. I was called about changes and given options for my installs , they were competitive with my other quotes and I was always able to reach a real person when I called. On January.30/19 we had Air Design Services technician Jeremy to our home to inspect and do a general maintenance on our furnace. Our furnace was in need of cleaning and Jeremy was very informative with advice and knowledge of our system. The furnace is now running smoothly, and we thank Air Design for the professional service. Gwen in the office was very helpful as well getting us scheduled at a time convenient to fit our busy schedules.
Had a powered humidifier installed by Tech Jeremy on January 12. Also had Chris Hamilton install a furnace a few years ago. Informative, professional and fast. Took time to explain how my humidifier would benefit my home, and showed me how to use it. I recommend Air design for any heating, cooling and natural gas needs, and whatever else it is they do.
It was a pleasure dealing with Air Design from start to finish. We had a furnace issue and we notified the company and they dispatched someone ASAP. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. We trusted his recommendation and even though we needed a new furnace we knew the work was done properly, at a fair and reasonable price. Their customer service was exceptional and we would recommend them to anyone!
Last week in the midst of a snow storm my furnace stopped working and I called air design, they managed to send someone out as soon as they could and very quickly found the problem with my furnace, very professional and informative, definitely recommend Air Design Services to anyone with HVAC needs.
