Seriously I don't know what to say to this. Wait I do. I ordered the Spring Delight and they delivered a sad version of it. I am in California and ordered flowers for my mother the first time ever. Since we had been apart for over 25 years I thought by sending her flowers for the first time I would do some research on the best flower company close to my mothers home and this place came up. When placing my order I even told them that in my special instructions if they could make it extra special. Well looks like they put together whatever they had at the last minute and delivered it. I called twice and emailed multiple times and still have not received a reply back! their 4.8 rating is a lie! False advertisement. Never ordering from this place again. Some people just don't care and their actions show! You cant treat one customer nice and ignore the others especially when they are paying for something you advertise online. they expect to get what they pay for.
