Always a positive experience! I have rented tent trailers, and travel trailers with Stratford RV for a few years now, and have always been happy. Very fair pricing, and high quality trailers. They make the experience easy. Nice new store front. Excited to rent from them again next year!
Was in bind with my Class B motorhome and was relieved to secure an appointment readily with these fine folks. My RV sewer drain hose needed replacement. I'd purchased the required items in preparation to tackling the job myself, but without access to a hoist to lift the rig up, and lacking a set of ramps which would support the heavy front end high enough to allow me to crawl under to do the fix, I was pleased that Stratford RV staff agreed to do the repair for me. Approx. 30 minutes later, the job done speedily AND WELL, I was charged a VERY reasonable fee (MUCH less than I'd envisioned!) and was on my way. I am very grateful for the pleasant interaction with staff, the speed at which the repair was effected, and the cost. I HIGHLY recommend Stratford RV, and should I need any help in future, I will definitely call them first.sewer! A HUGE 'thank you' is in order.
