Ross at Ross' Bike Works stepped up to help me after the bike I had ordered from another distributor never arrived. Ross listened to my requirements and found a bike that fit my needs as well as budget and size, all during a pandemic where bikes have seen an increase in demand! Ross took the time to adjust the bike for me, which I really appreciate and even found a matching bell for it! I can't wait to ride my new bike once the snow clears! Thanks Ross!

My worst experience ever. I wished I never ever purchased anything from this store. Stay away. !!!!!!!! Dishonest, unprofessional time waster. Should be out of business!!!! Don't be deceived by positive good reviews. The bike was without a box, without original packaging. I have not inspected it when I bought. My huge mistake. When I ask to return the next day, the owner says I can't return it. Thought there should be 30 days return. Now the owner accusing me of something. This person definitely doesn't appreciate business. and all hard earned money customers spent there.
Ross is the best bike mechanic for kilometers around. He has a great selection of Giant bikes and other recognized brands, in his shop. Ross will treat you royalty. Please give him a try.
