I'm very pleased with the customer service I received at Storage Mart, they were very courteous and thorough explaining their processes. They showed me the unit I was going to rent, it was clean and ready to go. I appreciated the follow-up email asking if the unit is working out okay for me....and it is :)

Spoke with David and he was very professional and courteous with my wife and I. Would give ten stars if I could
David is AMAZING!!!! Such a pleasure to deal with and very understanding. His manager ... ATTITUDE! Would not let me explain my situation, added condescending remarks and was overall miserable. If I ever need Storage again, I would seriously consider not going there because as she put it several times \she was was David's manager\. It's really sad you work in customer service but you have no ability to actually listen to your customers. David keep up the AWESOME job!!!
Pleasant gal Christina! She was very informative, attentive, helpful, answered all my questions and explained all rules, prices, and regulations quickly and concisely. She was friendly and pleasant! Highly recommend this public storage!!
I couldn’t get over how clean their storage units were. The staff was kind courteous and patient. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who’s looking for a safe clean space to store your goods.
