I just got my first ever storage unit yesterday and she was sooo helpful with everything. The units are very clean and I feel like the environment is overall very safe. Also, they follow covid protocols to a T.

Great customer service, very easy to book and cancel when I was ready to leave. Unit was clean and I had no problems with it. Size was perfect, as you can tell! Dollys available on site for loving my items to the unit. Great experience and would use them again.
One of the best in the business with climate control units. We would def use this facility again and again . Keep up the good work guys . 2 Thumbs up to Lisete and Vern. We highly recommend this place. Very clean.
Very friendly service, extremely clean which means a lot to us! When we got our unit it was spotless. The aisles in the building are also spotless. No spider webs, bugs, debris etc. Our last unit from another company was absolutely disgusting! I hated going there because everything was so filthy. I thought storage places were all like that until we found this one. I have recommended it to others. Thank you To the owners at Storage Mart for making our storage a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Thank goodness for Debbie in Jefferson City, Missouri. I’m a senior (80) and she had the patience of all the angels recently when I had troubles first with my checking account and when that was fixed, my phone went nuts. She is always friendly and so kind. Thanks StorageMart for wonderful helpful employees.
