Great place for your outdoor gear. Cathy in the foot ware section is awesome. Super helpful. Went in today to pick up some trail running shoes. They are not just a bike store but as for bikes, the change in layout is very helpful to see all the choices for their biking accessories. The store is busy so if you are thinking of getting something for spring or this summer you may want to head in for best selection.

Amazing service! Embarrassed to say so, but I could not get set of new tires mounted on rims. The young tech was super helpful and kind in not making me feel like a complete dork. It would have been super easy to just tell me to come back tomorrow, but they helped me right away. Now I still get to go on the first spring ride of 2021! Friendly staff all around without being pushy. Thank you!

Steve at Bushtukah in particular, but all of the staff were amazing to deal with. Not only did these guys spend a lot of time fitting my new bike for me and explaining all of the features, Steve was extremely helpful recommending accessories and installing them for me. He really went the extra mile providing me a discount on accessories because I had bought a bike there, as well as helping me over the phone the following week. It was well worth the drive from Toronto to Ottawa to find the exact bike I was searching for but also for the amazing service and attitude of Steve and the rest of the team. I highly recommend this store.

I’ll give them two stars because the techs did a great job servicing the last two bikes I brought in. The sales on the other hand gets a zero. Put a deposit down on a special order bike last October. Turns out they never put the order in, so no bike coming and all sold out now. Only reason I know is because I called to ask for an update. They clearly were not going to contact me to let me know. Staff were totally indifferent. No apology offered. No offer to call around and see if they could find a comparable bike at another shop. I had to do all the legwork to find one. Wasn’t my first time shopping there, but it will certainly be my last. Try Rebek and Croes. Much better customer service there.
