Dave is the most unprofessional sales person we have ever dealt with------ stop being so pathetically LAZY. For this reason we will not be dealing with this dealership. Dave---- go get a treadmill----build up enough stamina so that maybe, just maybe..... you can fully be attentive to draft an appropriate adult-like email.

This is our second unit from Pine Acres in Stewiacke. The salesman Gene is an excellent person to deal with, when we are ready for our third unit we will be looking him up. Very kind man, took the time to remember our kids names and enjoyed the company. Steve in sales is also excellent to deal with. We love our new Cruiser 5th wheel and are enjoying every second of it thanks to Pine Acres. Thank you Gene
EDITED - Had horrible service. Very rude salesmen (two different ones) when we went, twice. Didn't seem to want to help unless we were looking at the high-end trailers. We were looking for a cheaper model as we are going to need it for someone to quarantine after business travel (we looked on the website, found a few in our price range, and then went to look - so it wasn't a case that we were looking for something that wasn't there). We were touring a camper and one of the men decided to bring in another family and basically shove us through without any regard. He then told us to go to look at another. If you're a woman, it doesn't seem like they care about your opinion and that you don't know what you're talking about. We will be taking our business elsewhere and would recommend to everyone else to do the same. Before the manager says they didn't have my name on the log of who was there - I'm writing this for a family member who was too upset to write it and doesn't want their name posted. EDIT FOR RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Yes, they did have an appointment. As well, my other family member went to check on their own as he is a mechanic, and he was treated better, but not great. They aren't my "friends" they are family members who I live with. I'm sure the salespeople do say that they did nothing wrong, why would they want to admit to their behaviour? Regardless, thank you for your response - however, we are taking our business elsewhere, where they found what we want and treated us properly.

This is our second unit from Pineacres Dave in sales great to deal with Steve in finance also great to deal with.We had Rob delivered our new 2021 sportsman and set it up for us you could not ask for a better person definitely knew what he was doing answered all my questions top notch for sure.Then service I dealt with Jill same thing excellent service helpful and boomer And Jenn in parts and of course all the service technicians I have dealt with just a awesome bunch of people. I would definitely recommend Pineacres you will not regret it
