Had a interaction with a staff member today that was far from pleasant. Not going to name any names if you reach out, but I’m truly disappointed with how a past member of the gym was treated. I was there to pick up a friend from his workout, and I asked the front desk to use the restroom, (I was dressed up, not a chance I was looking like I was planning on working out) I was a member for 4 years, and sent many referrals to this gym without ever expecting or reaching out for any compensation. The front desk asked if I was a member, and I let them know why I was here and that I was a member in the past. The person was communicating very rude with their tone and expressions, not allowing me to use the restroom in a emergency. I was wearing my mask properly, I had no issues prior to this as I visit the gym on occasion. Was genuinely considering switching back as the renovations truly do look great, hence the 3 star review. Overall a great gym with a much improved atmosphere, but certain staff need better training for a position where you’re dealing with thousands of clients and a franchise name.

Weights are never put away, the gym smells like B.O. 90% of the time, the toilets dont flush properly, the front carpet is soaked all rainy season and water fountains like this one never seemed to get fixed. Some pros... the gym has everything you need equipment wise, staff are friendly and they have a shake/snack bar with healthy options. We pay a yearly maintenance fee and our monthly rates goes up every year... Yet small things such as a water fountain take over 2 months to fix. It seems all the maintenance fees and rate increase profits go to the sports gyms and other locations.
The place is a pig sty, members have no respect for their gym, weights are left everywhere or in the wrong place, you spend more time looking for weights then actually training
Been a member since 2014 and I absolutely love the customer service and the gym equipment is beyond excellence. Best gym in Surrey period!
They gym is back and better than ever. They have the equipment from locations that were closed including lifting platforms. I would like to see some more superficial renovation and cleaning but thats not the important part.
Very dark as the lighting isn’t good. It is a good gym for what you need. It is cool how it is more old school compared to the other Nash facilities by having more plated machines rather then a bunch of cable/pin machines, but I understand why people wouldn’t want to pay a crazy gym rate to go here. I’m fortunate enough to have been grandfathered in as a platinum member so I go to other facilities usually.
I like this gym because it’s huge. 2 floors an indoor track, stretching section, women’s section, trx equipment, indoor small turf for HIIT training and the change rooms have a sauna. This gym doesn’t get super busy but when it is there are plenty of options. Lots of fit people in this gym which is nice. Staff are nice and trainers answer any questions you may have.
Decent gym, but shady area and gym members. Whenever I need to use a cardio machine, douches (indian guys specifically) are always using one machine and leaving their stuff on the machines next to them as if they need to use two at the same time, and don't even sanitize the stations after sweating their butts off making it someone else's problem, as well seeing guys vaping as they're doing mat and foam roll exercises
