Jessica Corey was fantastic. I had stopped in to check on the Ford Bronco as a purchase option to replace my aging vehicle. She arranged a test drive in very short notice. The Bronco we test drove was not the exact model I had my heart set on. Plus the interest rates were a little high. I opted to wait for the model I preferred to come in and the interests rates to drop a bit. Jessica stayed in touch with regular updates on vehicles as they arrived as well as the interest rate changes. To be honest I had been to a couple of other dealerships and none of those did any follow up whatsoever to see if I was still interested in a purchase or to give me any feedback on the Bronco arrival status. I felt comfortable that Jessica was working on my behalf to find the best deal for me. I am now the proud owner of Lil’ Filly, my 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks.

Great service. They understood what we needed, provided us with options and helped us make the right decision. They were very fair with our trade and couldn't do enough to help them. We used their online chat feature and knew who we were as soon as we walked through the door. I highly recommend them.
Tom and team did great job. Really liked the video check in. A minor price difference that was quickly corrected by the parts dept. Would like to see a little more fluidity between parts and service. Had to go to two counters one for parts then had to to wait again to talk to the service dept to get it installed. Other than that I was very satisfied. Keep up the good work!!!!
Recently I had my Lincoln MKX serviced at Steele Ford Lincoln and the service advisor that I dealt with, Logan Munroe, was very pleasant and courteous. She clearly explained everything that would be happening and that she would keep me advised of the progress of the service. She also provided an approximate time when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. As usual she provided me with a loaner vehicle did in fact not only call me with update but also provided a short video of how the service was going. At all times she was very pleasant and courteous. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Ms. Munroe was busy with another customer and another of Steele Ford Lincoln service advisor, Tom Flynn, came over to advise me that my vehicle was being cleaned and would be ready shortly. Soon thereafter Ms. Munroe advised that my vehicle was ready and briefed me on what all the technicians had done. I have to say that this was one of the best service visits I have had with Steele.
I was in the need of a new car. Since I had a Fusion and was getting great service at Steele Ford I thought I would try getting a new Fusion from them. I had looked at prices, options and cars through their inventory and elsewhere. I was introduced to Bob Powers in the dealership. Bob was helpful, patient, and honest. By the end of the week I had my new Fusion which I love. I have described it as ' like driving a couch' it is so comfortable. It handles much better though. I had a great experience and would recommend Steele Ford to anyone.
Great experience! Enthusiastic sales people and a large selection of vehicles. I tried shopping at another dealership and they wouldn't let me test drive the car I wanted to buy because of "salt on the road." So I went to Steele Ford Lincoln and they made it easy for me to make a decision to buy a car with them. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized shopping experience.
I had an appointment for a oil change. Figured I’d would take about 45 min to get it done. I ended up passing out on the very comfy chairs, to find out it was almost 2 hours later. Like 1hour 45. Not exactly thrilled at that. But! The real saving grace is that the service rep and mechanic both took the time to explain to me a couple issues to watch out for with regards to snow and ice build up in the engine bay. When I explained I had waited for almost 2 hours, and was going to be late for my next appointment, the mechanic was super quick, got it done and between the service rep and him, my truck rolled up, keys went from him to service to me and I was out in seconds.
That was the best customer service at ford dealership. Cory in service went above and beyond to help me . He was so informative , helpful , addressed all the issues I had with my car in a very nice professional way . Solved every problem I met flawlessly . He is one of the reasons I am going back again . Thanks for the excellent customer service
