The installers Chad, Dave and Tray did a very nice installation. They started by placing mats on the floor. They were diligent in doing the removal followed by the installation. They were good at explaining the various steps of the project. Dave explained and programmed the thermostat with me. Everything was done professionally and clean up was good. All garbage taken away. I would recommend these guys and your company to friends and family. Tim Townsend was also very thorough in his sales pitch. He followed up after the initial visit. Ensuring I had no further questions. He convince me to purchase the modulating furnace. He also called me today to make I was satisfied. Professional!! Thank you!

We are so happy with the service we received from the team at GWB. Right from the first call I made I felt I was in good hands. We had to replace our furnace and central air. This was a big job that was completed in one day without incident. The technicians were all courteous, respectful and efficient. After the install they took the time to explain the new equipment and have since called back to make sure we were happy and to answer any further questions. We recommend that anyone needing a trustworthy company for any HVAC issues to call the GWB people. They are great!
We have an issue with our furnace running properly and had GWB come out and look at it for us. I cannot say enough about this company. Right from the phone call to the office to the Sales team and the Owner that came out to take a look at it for us. They are a great and trust worthy company. My Water heater quit two days before Christmas and GWB was able to come and install a new tankless water heater for me before Christmas. Amazingly quick service, and I'm back in hot water Christmas Eve Day. Clean installation, and great work. Thank you!
Once I made my decision to go ahead with a new furnace and air conditioner, the guys wasted no time getting to work and had the entire job done in one day.
