Store has gone downhill since new owner took over. You call from the parking lot and see the staff chatting away not answering the phone and when they do I can't say I'm satisfied with the answers. This has happened more than once!
I am changing my review to four stars as the last several times I went they have had the dog food in stock an available. I can grab two to three bags and not have to go back for a bit. thanks so much not a big fan of the new store or new owners . the old store used to pre order us two to three bags of our food at a time. this was great as I could stock up and avoid constantly going in ( especially helpful when they closed due to covid-19) when the new store opened I was told that they don't pre order because the store is large and they will always have lots in stock. well every time I go there is only one bag in stock of the Brand my dog eats I literally go to this store two-3 times a month as I have two dogs who eat a lot. I have asked multiple times for someone to call me about pre ordering or set up my pre order but no answers yet. I am a loyal customer and enjoy the friendly staff and customer service however this is a huge inconvenience for me to go to the store so frequently. please pre order the kasiks wild pacific ocean fish meal for my two dogs I have provided my number many times . or at least try to have at least more then one bag for sale at a time .
Super friendly!, Always have treats for the dogs! I bring Casper often, was daily prior to pandemic! Great selection of QUALITY dog foods,-- food filled with sawdust, like kibbles n bits is not sold here--. They truly care about your pets well being and that mantra is reflected by the huge selection of all natural, healthy food for your dog or cat. Bring your dog with you and let him/her sniff out the food they want!
