We had an excellent experience with Furnace Solutions /A1 Heating. To begin with, Tom was very knowledgeable during the quotation and follow up phase. On the day of installation, the technicians arrived on time and both Stefan and Sheldon were courteous and thoroughly professional. On completion of installation, the job site was clean and all packaging materials were disposed off. Stefan then completed the process by explaining the working and maintenance schedule of the air conditioner. Would highly recommend their services!!

We booked furnace solutions heating and air-conditioning for a garage heater installation. Right from the first time I contacted the company for a quote, right up until booking the installation I had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly, courteous and definitely willing to work with me in my schedule. On the day of my installation, the installation technicians arrived on time, they reviewed exactly where the garage heater was going to go and also advised me that due to the fact of my garage being finished the wiring and cabling would be exposed. I was absolutely aware of this and was very excepting. When the installation was completed I was extremely happy. The work was done neat, clean and very professional. I would like to send out a great big thank you to our installers and all of the office staff for being very accommodating. This should be a warm comfortable winter in our garage. Two years later we are still waiting for a receipt of payment and warranty information. I have tried multiple times for the information and no response. Also the installation of the AC unit is pulling away from the wall. I am not happy
Our house was previously owned by a do it yourself plumber. Furnace Solutions were amazing to deal with and fixed the hack job which was previously installed. To start they were willing to come from Edmonton to our rural address which is west of Stony Plain. The guys were personable, friendly and on time. Our quote was very reasonable and there were no hidden issues or surprises. I will be referring anyone who asks me to this company. 10/10
I had heating system done at my house on Wednesday, 24 Oct 2018 by FURNACE SOLUTIONS. My furnace was replaced with Trane, Model # S9V2B080U3PSBAA, Double Stage Variable, High Efficiency by TYLER, while the young kid GABRIEL installed the Sterling Unit Heater, Model # GG045N in my garage. They were helped out by WARREN. These guys did an awesome job. The heating system was inspected this morning, 29 Oct 2018 by the City of Edmonton Inspector and the installations passed and were all accepted by the Inspector. He said the heating system was done well. Pls see the attached pictures. I highly recommend FURNACE SOLUTIONS and ask for TYLER, GABRIEL, and WARREN to do the installation.
