Our Service Technician Chris was very professional and courteous. He handled our service quickly and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving . Very personable. Ricardo is a great service person, unfortunately we called @6:18 am this morning, our furnace quit. House was cold. A-1 emergency # left message, they returned call. Unfortunately, call back person said between 10-2 for service. 11:30 Ricardo arrived, a hour later, problems were resolved. Thank goodness not -40 today, response time was terrible this time. I have used A1 for 20 years plus, never has this happened before.

I can not say enough good things about Darlene who took my calls, answered questions, and helped keep me calm. Jason was polite, stayed at the task till done. Made 3 trips to sort out the issue and repair. Earned my trust he would find a solution. I highly recommend this company. A1 as busy as it was, when told we had no heat for 3 days, bent over backwards. As busy as they were, made me feel as if my son and I were a priority. Thank you for being there when it felt hopeless! A1 is highly recommended by this family!

Contacted this company regarding a new humidifier installation. I spoke with 3 employees, inside sales, technician and the installer. All were professional, accurate, provided customer orientated service at a competitive rate. I had spoke with 4 others plus the manufacturer of the unit so I felt I was informed on the subject. The installation was on time and done correctly with an analysis of the furnace heat exchanger. I am satisfied and would recommend A-1 Heating in St.Albert.Ab.

We used One Hour Plumbing for a minor plumbing job. Prior to the technician’s arrival we received a text with a brief bio and a photo of who would be calling on us. When Chris arrived he checked out what needed to be done and determined he needed a part which was not on his truck. Before leaving to get the part he provided a quote of what the job would cost. He returned a short time later with the part and completed the job. Great service and a knowledgeable, personable technician.
