By far my favourite hot yoga studio I have ever been to! Such a variety of yoga and fitness classes to kick my butt. All of the instructors are incredible and work you hard! Love love love this studio so much! Anni is an amazing owner and I'm so glad I signed up!

I’m in love with Breathe! Having just moved to Squamish without knowing anyone, it has quickly become the highlight of my every day. The teachers are all knowledgeable and so lovely, and the owner is really kind :) easy to use with MINDBODY app and I love the variety of classes

Breathe is an amazing studio with a variety of classes and inspiring teachers. The owners are super friendly and helpful. I had chronic back pain for over 6 years and went through physio, chirp, MRI and other doctors. Nothing helped so I joined Breathe and all my pain is gone. Between the yoga and strengthening fitness classes I cured myself! Couldn't recommend a better place to join!

Cant say enough good things about this place, My girlfriend reluctantly talked me into trying the classes, I obliged her as one often does in a relationship , but as soon as I did the first class I knew something was different about these workout. I had been suffering from chronic neck, mid back and SI joint pain and injury for the past 4 years. Injuries that had Side lined me from being able to do my most favorite thing in the whole world, Brazilian jujitsu. I had given up on the possibility of ever being able to train again, but..... Within a month of a regular workouts at Breathe doing both Yoga and their “HIT” (high intensity interval training) classes I was back training BJJ multiple days a week feeling better than before I was forced to walk away from the sport. The combination of the stretching, strengthening and simply getting a good sweat on in their infrared heated room, is something special.....no joke. like I told the owners “I never knew the secret to being in shape was simply going to ladies fitness classes!”
