We bought a beam vacuum from them many years ago and had amazing service. We had a few issues with the handle of our hose, and they cleaned it for us no charge, and when our warranty was almost up, he ordered us a new hose under warranty. It was without a question when we moved that we purchased another beam vacuum from them. Always great service, advice, and all for a good price, once you go here, you will never need to go anywhere else.
