When I brought in my 20 years old BEAM Power Head for repair, Johnny didn't try to up-sell me with a new replacement. Instead, he took the challenge to look for used parts to refurbish my Power Head. Johnny was a good guy to deal with, and I would definitely go back to him for my future central vacuum needs.

We had the best experience with getting our Beam Central vacuum repaired here. The Google reviews about Johnny trying to save you money and being honest are 100% accurate! I had a sock stubbornly stuck in my vacuum hose. Another Beam vacuum store spent the whole time trying to sell me a new hose (almost 300!), or just to get a whole new package (almost 500!). Our switch wasn't working either, and because of this they also tried to convince me to just buy a new hose. After researching and reading these Google reviews about Smart Vacuum Plus, I decided to take it in here. I left my vacuum witih Johnny, and the very next morning, he called me to say the sock was out. He did NOT try to sell me a new hose! In fact, he told me my hose was still great, and why spend money on a new one? He even took a look at the vacuum switch, and he discovered the wires inside somehow were just disconnected! He just reconnected them, and now I have a perfectly functioning central vacuum once again! Like new! Johnny charged us only for the sock removal - only 25. (As opposed to over 300 that the other store was trying to convince me to spend!). The Google reviews are right - go to Johnny for any of your vacuum needs - totally up front and honest - not out to make a profit dishonestly like the other places! I love my vacuum again! Thanks again, Johnny!

We purchased a beam alliance when we came to the store in December. Johnny was very helpful, he gave us all the detailed information on all products and helped us chose the right product for our home. He was quick and efficient we the installation and demonstrated the product for my self and the family.
