It has recently changed for the better. A friendly place for all age groups: Teens to those in their eighties.
Excellent Gym for those who require Guidance - (like me) & Motivation by their in-house all-inclusive trainers. Thanks Slim Gym! :)
Great small gym, totally focused on personal needs. Trainers work with you one-on-one, and it's all included in your membership fee -- no added charges. It should be noted that this certainly isn't a free-weights/body-builder type of gym, many (by not all) of the clientele are older individuals.
Great staff. This will be my gym when l sign up.
