I ordered an upholstered bed from Sleep Guide Mattress Ltd after searching online and finding them to have the lowest price available for the bed I wanted. The bed was received exactly 3 weeks from the date of order which is the estimate I got. Carlos called the day before delivery to make sure everything was in order and an approximate delivery window. The day of delivery Carlos called to say he was on his way and when to expect him. He delivered the bed all the way to Fort Erie right when he said he would be here. After delivering the bed he made sure that it was what I had ordered. Overall great experience with Sleep Guide Mattress.

Finally, my search for a good mattress ends here. Am extremely satisfied with the quality of this mattress. Its very comfortable and am able to sleep well and cozy. Even the cover i purchased with this mattress is very soft and of great quality. Carlos, the owner of this place is a great guy and is not money-minded at all unlike people who just try to sell their stuff. He guided us very well to buy the mattress that fits our budget which was really helpful. The mattress was just perfect and was delivered on time in the most efficient manner. I highly recommend people to buy mattress from Sleep guide as they have a lot of options to choose from which cater to every need. Thanks Carlos ! Really glad to have this :)

I hate the idea of "show rooming" and it wasn't my intent, but after visiting a local mattress store, I went home and googled the same mattress, just for an idea of whether the price that was being asked was fair. Once you threw in the box spring and a frame and delivered it all, Sleep Guide was willing to get me my mattress for 500 less than the local store was charging. I was certainly willing to pay an extra 100 to a local store that would let me come in and try out the mattress and because, in doing so, they had overhead to pay... But asking 1.6 times the price that Sleep Guide could provide it for seemed ridiculously excessive -- and that was after two "consultations with the manager" about his best price. The bed arrived in a pickup truck, but he set everything up quickly and efficiently and seemed very concerned about customer satisfaction.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Sleep Guide. I called and spoke with Carlos who was very knowledgeable. I told him my budget and he listed to what I was looking for and worked with me to find a mattress that would suit my needs and my budget. I ask many questions about him and his competitors to compare the quality and I never felt rushed into making a decision. I never felt the pressure of someone trying to close the sale and he left all my options up to me and I was so impressed that I bought the mattress set. The best part was he delivered that very evening and helped bring the mattress up the stairs (not just leaving it in the front!). I would fully recommend going to this place because you wont get a more professional, friendly business operator at a big box store. Thank you Carlos! I had the best night's sleep in a while!

If you need a new mattress, Carlos is your guy. He works with your needs and budget, and genuinely cares about those who he does business with. We visited his warehouse where he had us test various mattresses and educated us on what made each different. No pushy sales gimmicks, just great customer service. He delivered our mattresses within a week, and they managed get a king size bed through a tight staircase without causing any damage to our home. Wonderful doing business with you and will reco you to all our family and friends!
